RATES, ADDITIONAL PERSONS & CHILDREN

Our prices are per apartment and day for 2 people. During Pentecost holidays and summer months, the price includes 4 people. The local tax is Euro 2.40 per guest per night. Children under 14 years are exempt from the tax.

FINAL CLEANING
The final cleaning for the Panorama apartment is a one-time fee of Euro 50 for 2 people. If you arrive with three or four people, we charge Euro 60. The final cleaning for the Family apartment is a one-time fee of Euro 70.

FACILITIES IN THE APARTMENTS
You will find in your apartment:

• Bed linen, towels, sauna towels, and dish towels

• Kitchenette with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee machine (size 4), kettle, pots, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils

• Living area with double pull-out couch, dining table, and satellite TV

• 1 to 2 bedrooms with double bed or single beds, wardrobe, and safe

• 1 to 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer

• 1 private balcony or sun terrace with a view over Lana, Meran, and the South Tyrolean mountains

 

INCLUDED SERVICES 

• Organic Swiss stone pine sauna (70 °C) & indoor jacuzzi (35 °C)

• Outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi (35 °C)

• Bed linen, towels, and sauna towels

• Bathrobe available on request (rental fee 10 euros) – feel free to bring your own bathrobe and slippers for sustainability reasons

• Free Wi-Fi

• Large video-monitored parking area

• Covered bicycle storage

• South Tyrol Guest Pass (enabling free use of all public transportation and some cable cars in South Tyrol)

• Daily bread roll delivery service (for a fee)

• E-bike bicycle rental (for a fee)

WELLNESS
You'll find an outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi, a wellness area with an indoor jacuzzi, and a sauna at our facility. Our organic Swiss stone pine sauna is open daily from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (except on Tuesdays). Children accompanied by their parents are welcome in the sauna area from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the entire sauna area, jacuzzi, and relaxation room are accessible only to adults.

During the summer months (mid-June to mid-September), our sauna is open only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Please note that the entire sauna area is accessible with swimwear from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. After 5:00 pm, the sauna area can be used without swimwear (adults only). We reserve the right to change the sauna opening hours.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
On the day of arrival, your apartment is available from 2:00 pm. If you plan to arrive later than 7:00 pm, please let us know. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.

 

BOOKING & DEPOSIT
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required, which will be communicated to you by email in the booking confirmation. We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit to our account within 14 days. By transferring the deposit, the guest confirms having read and accepted the General Data Protection Regulation.

PAYMENT

You can pay by credit card (Mastercard/VISA), debit card, or cash.

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Up to 3 months before the start of the holiday, cancellation is free of charge. For cancellations up to 28 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 3 nights per week. If you cancel, arrive late, or leave early less than 28 days before the planned arrival date, we will charge 100% of the booked price.

The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled apartment is re-rented in full or in part. We charge a processing fee of Euro 30 for each cancellation.

The best way to protect yourself is to take out travel cancellation insurance.
